Lead Generation Specialist – US

Job Description

Aquila Clouds is looking for a high-energy and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist – US to fuel our pipeline with qualified opportunities. In this growth-focused role, you’ll be at the frontline of our sales funnel — identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads across cloud resellers, MSPs, and enterprise prospects throughout North America.

You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns, manage inbound inquiries, and support account-based strategies. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative with outreach, and passionate about connecting the right people to a game-changing solution in cloud financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound lead generation across cloud and FinOps decision-makers.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts via email, LinkedIn, calls, and campaign follow-ups.
  • Qualify and nurture leads, setting up meetings for the sales team. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to support content-based and ABM campaigns. 
  • Research, segment, and build accurate lead lists from relevant cloud domains.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date records in CRM and lead tracking tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead performance metrics for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify and target relevant buyers. 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or SDR roles with cloud, FinOps, or IT SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the FinOps ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost tools, billing platforms, or cloud consulting is a plus.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification. 
  • Excellent communication and outreach skills – email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Freshwork, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-impact role.
