Cloud Support Specialist

Job Description

Aquila Clouds is seeking a customer-obsessed and cloud-experienced Cloud Support Specialist to join our global support team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for our customers — MSPs, cloud resellers, and enterprises — providing technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring a seamless experience on our BillOps and FinOps platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical support issues via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related problems, working across engineering and product teams when needed.
  • Provide onboarding support and training for new customers.
  • Monitor support SLAs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate to product teams for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in a technical support, cloud operations, or customer success role.
  • Experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or cloud billing tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FinOps, billing models, or MSP workflows is a big plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize with confidence.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
